## About the Role

* Experience with data cataloging tools and automated tagging platforms.
 * Familiarity with Palantir Foundry's data governance features is also beneficial.
 * Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, metadata management, data lineage, and data quality.
 * Knowledge of DoW data standards, metadata guidance, and data classification requirements (e.g., CUI)

Clearance

 * An active Secret federal security clearance is required

## Description

* Lead the integration and operationalization of the automated metadata publishing service tool to automate metadata extraction and the application of classification and security tags.
 * Ensure that all data products within the data catalog are accurately tagged, described, and governed according to DoW policies, making them "readily consumable".
 * Work with data owners to define and enforce data quality rules and access control policies.
 * This role acts as part of the "Enabling Team" that supports domain data providers and consumers.
