Preferred * Experience in hospitality. * Experience developing dashboards, automated reports, and executive summaries. * Hybrid to Marriott International Headquarters. * Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or other relevant data analytics, insurance, or risk management credentials. ## Description The Senior Analyst position supports the Insurance team and Risk Management department by transforming large, complex data sets into meaningful insights that enable actional business decisions, strengthen risk mitigation efforts, and improve loss analysis across the organization. This role partners with internal stakeholders across Claims, Finance, Global Safety & Security, and Operations to develop dashboards, reports, and analysis that identify loss trends, measure program performance, and support data-driven action planning.
