The Servicing Engineering team plays a critical role in managing these loans end-to-end, maximizing collections, and strengthening customer relationships. The team's mission is to build a scalable loan servicing platform that automates business processes, improves operational efficiency, and delivers intuitive, high-quality experiences for both borrowers and internal partners through data, machine learning, and thoughtful system design. As a Software Engineer on the Servicing Engineering team, you will partner closely with product, operations, and cross-functional engineering teams to design and build scalable systems that power our servicing platform. You will contribute to both existing systems and new initiatives, helping improve reliability, efficiency, and user experience while growing your technical expertise.
