Une bonne compréhension des environnements réseau est indispensable. Le candidat doit être capable d?échanger avec des profils techniques variés, de comprendre leurs contraintes opérationnelles et de transformer rapidement un besoin terrain en solution concrète. ## Description Le consultant interviendra comme point d?entrée des besoins d?automatisation courts termes exprimés par les équipes métiers et techniques. Ses principales responsabilités seront les suivantes : Recueillir, comprendre et qualifier les besoins d?automatisation des équipes internes. Développer des scripts permettant de gagner en productivité sur les opérations récurrentes. Automatiser certaines tâches liées à la mise en service, au support N2 et au maintien en condition opérationnelle. Interagir avec des équipements réseau ou des API via du scripting Python ou Bash. Contribuer à l?automatisation des configurations et au maintien des référentiels associés. Participer à l?amélioration de l?observabilité des services et infrastructures réseau. Configurer ou adapter les outils de supervision existants selon les besoins opérationnels. Accompagner l?équipe Qualité dans l?automatisation des tests d?acceptance. Promouvoir une culture innersource auprès des équipes internes, afin de favoriser la réutilisation, le partage et la contribution autour des outils développés.
