* 5 ans d'expérience en infrastructure Linux.
 * Expertise Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 7, 8, 9, 10).
 * Maîtrise des technologies Linux : LVM, Stratis, ext4, XFS, LACP, Haute Disponibilité.
 * Solides connaissances en sécurité Linux (Kerberos, certificats, SSSD, firewall).
 * Expérience significative avec Red Hat Satellite.
 * Excellente maîtrise du scripting Bash/KSH.
 * Expérience des migrations de versions Red Hat et de l'automatisation (Ansible, Git appréciés).
 * Capacité à traduire les besoins métier en solutions techniques et à produire des documents d'architecture.

Vos missions :

 * Assurer le rôle d'Expert/Référent technique et encadrer une équipe de 2 experts.
 * Définir les architectures techniques et rédiger les documents HLD/LLD.
 * Piloter les activités et les évolutions via JIRA dans un contexte Agile.
 * Participer aux ateliers de conception et orienter les décisions techniques conformément à la stratégie de l'entreprise.
 * Animer les échanges avec les clients et les parties prenantes en anglais.
 * Identifier des opportunités d'innovation et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des services.
