Solid understanding of storage protocols (NFS, SMB, etc.) and familiarity with NetApp or similar enterprise storage platforms. Experience working in multi-site and global infrastructure teams., Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience. 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure and hyper-converged environments. Proficiency in VMware vSphere/ESXi, with hands-on experience across other hypervisors including Hyper-V, KVM, and OpenStack. Proficiency with vCenter / ESXi administration and full VM lifecycle management. Strong proficiency in both Windows Server (Active Directory, GPO, DNS/DHCP) and Linux (Red Hat/CentOS, Ubuntu) administration. Experience with vGPU configurations and management. Skilled in golden image creation, optimization, and patch management. Experience with application virtualization technologies (e.g., AppVol, Liquidware). Experience with server hardware management using iLO / iDRAC / ILOM interfaces, including firmware updates and hardware diagnostics.
