## About the Role

* Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development, or related field.
 * Experience : 4-5 years working with Unity on professional projects (3D software, simulations, or games).
 * Strong knowledge of Unity and C# programming.
 * Good understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
 * Experience with UI development in Unity (UI Toolkit / UXML / USS).
 * Knowledge of Unity's AI Navigation System.
 * Ability to integrate and optimize 3D assets (environments, characters, interactive objects).
 * Familiarity with Git
 * Problem-solving mindset and attention to performance and memory optimization.
 * System and architecture design
 * Experience with debugging, testing, and profiling Unity applications.
 * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
 * Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies.

## Description

* Contribute to the functional and technical evolutions of the simulator.
 * Synchronize with different teams including R&D, 3D artists and engineers.
 * Prioritize and schedule the releases of bug fixes and features.
 * Optimize the performance of our simulator with the help of Unity's profiler tools.
 * Design and restructure the code base.
 * Develop dynamic simulation tools for model training and live demos.
 * Continue the development of a realistic crowd simulation to navigate 3D environments.
