## Description

Notre périmètre d'expertise couvre les domaines suivants : Téléphonie - Informatique - Impression - Sécurité électronique - IA & Data.
Alternance - Technicien Support Hotline N1/N2 (H/F)Sous la responsabilité du Responsable technique, vos missions seront les suivantes :

 * Réception et traitement des demandes clients (appels, mails, tickets)
 * Qualification, création et suivi des tickets d'incidents
 * Diagnostic et résolution des incidents de niveau 1 et 2 (téléphonie, réseau et informatique)
 * Assistance à distance, paramétrage et configuration des équipements
 * Communication des délais et suivi des interventions auprès des clients
 * Escalade des incidents complexes vers les équipes spécialisées
 * Traçabilité des actions dans l'outil de ticketing
