## About the Role

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
 + At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
 + Strong Python skills with backend/web development experience (e.g., Flask, FastAPI).
 + Proven experience designing and building APIs, services, and backend architectures.
 + Familiarity with testing practices, Git, CI/CD, package management, and containerization (e.g., Docker).
 + Experience contributing to open-source projects (code contributions, reviews, or maintenance).
 + Quick learner, collaborative, and proactive in sharing knowledge across teams and projects.
 + Ideally, experience in data engineering and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform).
 + Fluent in English.

What you will do:

 + Rapidly prototype and develop full-stack applications, from frontend interfaces to backend APIs and databases.
 + Design, implement, and maintain backend APIs and services for reliable production use.
 + Build self-service tools for our data platform to empower internal teams.
 + Diagnose and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
 + Collaborate closely with product managers, platform engineers, and other teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
 + Participate in design and code reviews and contribute to architecture decisions.
 + Share best practices, mentor peers, and help establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, and deployment., We are a dynamic and diverse team passionate about building high-quality software products for the energy industry.
