Required Clearance: * ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret w/ SCI eligibility, * Bachelor's degree required. * At least three (3) years of experience required. * Manpower Management and Army Experience with HQDA / Joint Staff experience preferred. * CompTIA Security+ certification preferred. Travel: Less than 10% travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations. Work Environment: This position will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces. While not generally authorized, telework may be required due to exceptional circumstances (extreme weather, pandemic, etc.). Physical Demands: Physical demands of this position include ability to: * Be independently mobile. * Communicate effectively with co-workers and customers. * Withstand prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer use. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours. ## Description * Serve as the Gatekeeper to, and be responsible for, administration tasks related to the Equipment Common Operating Picture (ECOP) application and database. Control access to the database. These tasks shall be accomplished according to approved timelines and suspense. * Evaluate and provide written recommendations to the organization on methods and procedures for providing administrative support for records, communications, directives, forms, files, and documentation in alignment with business and management practices for application to agency programs or operations. * Manage user permissions, respond to help desk requests, capture modernization actions for the database and action ONS, as directed, with the ECOP application. Help manage the ECOP database by providing situational awareness support and common visibility of help desk requests as the chain-of-command coordinates for endorsement, validation, and sourcing. * Track status of ONS requests in ECOP and produce status reports on a regularly scheduled frequency, as directed by the division and branch leadership.
