You'll work across the full design lifecycle - from identifying the right problems to solve, through to designing and validating high-quality solutions. This could include improving existing features, creating new concepts, or developing entirely new product experiences. Working in multidisciplinary teams, you'll bring together user insights, business requirements, and technical considerations to deliver simple, effective, and scalable design solutions. You'll also contribute to the design of new AI powered features, helping embed intelligent capabilities into our products to enhance user productivity and decision-making. Key Responsibilities What you'll do You'll join the HR and Payroll Experience Design team, collaborating closely with UX Designers, Content Designers, Product Owners, and engineers. In this role, you will: * Design end-to-end user journeys, flows, interactions, and interfaces * Translate user needs, research insights, and business requirements into effective design solutions * Contribute to the design of AI-powered experiences within Sage People * Create and iterate prototypes at varying fidelities to test and communicate ideas * Work closely with UX Researchers to validate designs and incorporate insights * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance desirability, feasibility, and viability * Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders * Ensure designs are accessible, usable, and consistent with our design system * Contribute to and help evolve our design system and patterns, You'll work on Sage People, our solution for mid-sized businesses to manage their workforce.
