## About the Role

## Description

* Planung, Umsetzung und Betreuung von IT-Systemen und Infrastrukturprojekten
 * Administration und Pflege von Softwarelösungen wie Microsoft 365, Intune und SharePoint
 * Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit und Einhaltung von Datenschutzstandards
 * Überwachung der Systemlandschaft inklusive Fehleranalyse, Störungsbehebung und Monitoring
 * Technischer Support sowie Betreuung von Nutzern und Arbeitsplätzen, einschließlich Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und der Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Infrastruktur
 * Verwaltung der IT-Inventarisierung sowie Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
 * Übernahme zusätzlicher Aufgaben, wie dem Lizenzmanagement oder der IT-Beschaffung
