 * Optional: Erste Erfahrungen mit ITSM-Tools wie ServiceNow oder vergleichbaren Lösungen sind vorhanden
 * Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse (ab B2 Niveau) sowie Englischkenntnisse
