Technologie-Rollouts: Mitwirkung bei der standortweiten Implementierung globaler IT-Standards und neuer Technologien wie M365 Apps, Intune oder Autopilot

Client-Administration: Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Endgeräten (z.B. Windows 11 Clients, Mobilgeräte) sowie Unterstützung bei der Geräteinventarisierung

Anwenderbetreuung: Proaktive Unterstützung und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden im Umgang mit modernen Kollaborationstools wie Microsoft Teams oder OneDrive
