 * Behebung von alltäglichen Störungen bei Servern, Anwendungen und Netzwerken
 * Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Trainingsmaterialien für 1st und 2nd Level Teams
 * Verbesserung der Servicequalität und Effizienz durch kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung
 * Beratung der Kunden bei der Systemoptimierung und -wartung
 * Verantwortung für die langfristige Weiterentwicklung der Systemarchitektur und -infrastruktur
