 * Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Führungsstärke und Kommunikationsfähigkeit in der Zusammenarbeit mit Teams und externen Partnern
 * Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller SAP-Basis-Projekte
 * Du führst ein ca. fünfköpfiges Team fachlich und entwickelst dieses zielgerichtet weiter
 * Du bist verantwortlich für Installationen, Upgrades, Migrationen und Patches innerhalb komplexer Systemlandschaften
 * Du triffst Architekturentscheidungen, optimierst die Performance und gewährleistest eine stabile Systemumgebung
 * Du planst Budgets, Ressourcen und Timelines und sorgst für die Einhaltung der Qualitätsvorgaben
 * Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen, um Anforderungen zielgerichtet umzusetzen
 * Du bereitest Statusberichte vor und übernimmst das Eskalationsmanagement
 * Du treibst Innovationen voran, indem du Cloud-Services, SAP BTP und Automatisierungslösungen bewertest und einbindest
