 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Module SD und CS
 * Mitgestaltung bei der Einführung von SAP CX-Service und SAP FSM
 * Unterstützung bei der Steuerung technischer Services und Cloud-basierter FSM-Lösungen
 * Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Transformation nach S/4HANA
 * Beratung der Fachbereiche, Erstellung von Lösungskonzepten und Durchführung von Schulungen
