## About the Role

Do you have experience in Teamwork?, * Degree, technical training, or equivalent hands-on IT experience - career changers with strong technical backgrounds are welcome

 * Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
 * Experience in technical customer support, ideally for hardware/software systems or products requiring explanation
 * Solid IT troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly understand complex systems
 * High attention to detail, ownership mentality, and a solution-oriented approach
 * Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to customers and partners with varying technical backgrounds
 * Availability to work primarily within US Mountain or Pacific Time Zone business hours preferred
 * Interest in golf or sports technology is a plus, * support in a demanding industry/ for a luxury product: 1 year (Required)

## Description

* Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for our indoor and outdoor PuttView systems via email, phone, video calls, and remote access
 * Guide customers through setup, troubleshooting, and best practices to help them maximize their PuttView experience
 * Document customer interactions and track support cases in our ticketing system to ensure timely resolution
 * Remotely assist installation technicians with hardware configuration and software calibration (PCs, projectors, tablets, networking)
 * Collaborate closely with project management and development teams to improve our systems, support processes, and KPIs
 * Help identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous product improvement
