## Description

* Betreuung der Anwender an den Standorten Neu-Isenburg, Rüsselsheim und Potsdam im IT Service Desk
 * Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Tickets in PSASM und JIRA
 * Support von Windows-Arbeitsplätzen, Office 365, SharePoint sowie Unternehmensanwendungen
 * Unterstützung im Bereich Netzwerk, Hardware, MDM und Contact Center (Nice InContact)
 * Bereitstellung von IT-Equipment für neue Mitarbeitende
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen und Wissensdatenbanken
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten, Sicherheitsanforderungen und Prozessoptimierungen
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von SLAs und Service-Standards
