 * Automatisation Ansible et Terraform(Développement Python)

## Description

* Analyser et résoudre les incidents niveaux 2, escalader les incidents vers le niveau 3 ou l'éditeur si nécessaire,
 * Répondre aux demandes de changements via des configurations sur les équipements Réseaux en responsabilité
 * Contribuer aux projets techniques transverses
 * Suivre la capacité des ressources
 * Développer la stack d'automatisation
 * Participer à la réalisation de documentations, enrichissement du fond documentaire existant,
 * Maîtriser la communication écrite et orale dans le cadre d'échanges transverses, voire externes
 * Respecter les process existants (ITIL).
