As a Senior SAP Engineer at Cleveland-Cliffs, you will be part of a team providing support for the SAP production environment as well as participating in strategic projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in SAP solutions for steelmaking or manufacturing, be self-motivated, willing to seize opportunities for self-development, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. This role is fully onsite to be performed in one of Cliffs offices located in Cleveland, OH, East Chicago, IN or Westchester, OH. Summary of Responsibilities * Be a Functional Leader to manage the production environment for SAP modules employed in the order to cash process * Responsible for the SAP design of the OTC modules by having a good end-to-end knowledge of the business process and how the legacy applications fit in with SAP * Ensure knowledge of SAP OTC is current by staying up to date within these areas * Ensure all new developments conform to SAP standards * Train end users by conducting knowledge sessions and assisting with user documentation * Must be able to act as a liaison with Business users to gather requirements, design, and deliver technical solutions related to SAP S/4 for Sales and Distribution in relation to Order Management, Pricing, Variant Configuration and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) * Work with the technical team in the designing and development of workflows, reports, interfaces, data conversions, enhancements, and forms (WRICEF).
