This role provides technical leadership across multiple cloud platforms, including Azure and AWS, leveraging deep expertise to ensure robust and scalable solutions. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, analyzing, resolution and documentation of service impacting events, including but not limited to, recommendation and implementation of approved solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
