 * Hardware und Software installieren, reparieren und aufrüsten (z. B. Peripherie, Speicher, Arbeitsspeicher, Drucker)
 * Betriebssysteme und Anwendungen installieren, aktualisieren und betreuen
 * Einfache Netzwerkprobleme eingrenzen und erste Tests zur Qualifizierung durchführen, * Projektzulage ab dem ersten Einsatztag
