Du verantwortest die analytische Seite unseres neuen Akquisitions-Systems. Du entwickelst die Empfehlungen, die unsere strategischen Entscheidungen prägen, und bringst sie mit der Bereichsleitung gemeinsam zur Umsetzung.

Eine Besonderheit: Unser System wirkt zweifach - es gewinnt neue Kunden und es stärkt die Bindung zu unseren Bestandskunden. Du machst diese Doppelwirkung messbar und bist analytischer Sparringspartner der Churn-Abteilung.

 * Empfehlungen zur Allokation unserer Anfragen zwischen Neukunden-Akquisition und Bestandskunden-Bindung

 * Analyse von Funnel, Conversion, CAC und Engagement-Mustern über alle Stufen

 * Strukturierte Tests jenseits klassischer A/B-Tests - auch zu Allokations-Quoten und Frequenz-Steuerung

 * Aufbau eines einheitlichen Performance Measurement und intuitiver Dashboards

 * Analytischer Sparringspartner für die Retention-Funktion im Bereich - du machst messbar, wie unsere Anfragen-Mechanik auf Bestandskunden wirkt und lieferst die Datenbasis für deren Retention-Strategie
