* IT-Begeisterung: Du schraubst gerne an PCs, interessierst dich für Technik und wolltest schon immer wissen, was im Hintergrund eines Netzwerks passiert.
 * Schulabschluss: Du hast einen guten mittleren Schulabschluss (MSA) oder das Abitur/Fachabitur in der Tasche - besonders in Mathe und Informatik hattest du keine Albträume.
 * Logisches Denken: Du gibst nicht sofort auf, wenn ein System mal nicht macht, was es soll, sondern knobelst gerne an der Lösung.
 * Teamgeist & Kommunikation: Du hast keine Angst davor, mit Menschen zu sprechen (egal ob Kollegen oder Kunden) und drückst dich gut auf Deutsch aus (Wort und Schrift).

## Description

* Systeme & Netzwerke: Du lernst, wie man Server, Netzwerke und Clients einrichtet, konfiguriert und am Laufen hält.
 * Hardware & Software: Du installierst Betriebssysteme, bindest neue Hardwarekomponenten ein und pflegst unsere internen IT-Systeme sowie die unserer Kunden. * Support mit Köpfchen: Du unterstützt unser Team im First-Level-Support, analysierst Fehlermeldungen und hilfst Anwendern bei technischen Problemen.
 * Sicherheit & Cloud: Du blickst hinter die Kulissen von IT-Sicherheit, Backups und modernen Cloud Infrastrukturen.

Bei uns lernst du das IT-Handwerk von der Pike auf. Langweilige Theorie? Gibt es in der Berufsschule - bei uns gehst du direkt in die Praxis.
