Experiencia: Entre 7 y 10 años como Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead en células de IT o Datos.
Ecosistema Cloud & Data: Experiencia real trabajando con Google Cloud Platform (GCP) y entornos de Data Warehouse.
Herramientas: Conocimientos de SQL y comprensión funcional de Power BI para la gestión del delivery (no desarrollo front).
Idiomas: Inglés fluido y avanzado (Obligatorio) para negociar e interactuar con equipos internacionales.
Soft Skills: Gran capacidad de comunicación, proactividad y mentalidad resolutiva para aportar valor desde el primer día.

## Description

Liderar el Build y Run: Gestionarás tanto la creación como el mantenimiento y estabilización de productos analíticos (ingesta, limpieza y visualización de datos).
Gestión Agile: Planificarás sprints, analizarás estimaciones y organizarás el flujo de tareas del equipo.
Coordinación de Equipo: Liderarás un equipo cerrado de 6 técnicos (3 Data Engineers y 3 Expertos en Visualización) en coordinación directa con 4 Product Owners.
Desbloqueo Técnico: Actuarás como apoyo en la toma de decisiones de arquitectura mediante la inteligencia colectiva del equipo.
Conexión Internacional: Interlocución directa con equipos globales de la zona Europa para escalar bloqueos y validar módulos autorizados.
