* 5+ years of experience in backend development.
 * Experience in development, administration, operation, and troubleshooting of sophisticated, large-scale systems running on Kubernetes.
 * Strong experience with Go and a practitioner of system design, architecture, and development best practices.
 * Ability to break down challenges into modular, scalable solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business.
 * Strong analytical mindset and curiosity to experiment and test changes.
 * English: B2 required.

## Description

Senior Backend Engineer (Golang): Designing and optimizing next-generation backend systems for a sports and wellness platform with an accent on search, authentication, and scaling to accommodate massive user growth. Focus on crafting resilient infrastructure, standardizing data pipeline processes, and delivering company-wide technical topics with a forward-looking vision., * Ensure the productivity and resilience of infrastructure, including monitoring and observability of services.

 * Work on standardizing processes and building automation for data pipeline onboarding, deployment, and failure recovery.
 * Work closely with the SRE team to ensure developer productivity and CI/CD adoption.
 * Craft and operate services, infrastructure, and tools for batch and streaming pipelines running on Kubernetes and GCP.
 * Work hands-on as part of a closely knit team.
 * Solution architect and deliver company-wide technical topics aligning with a multi-year roadmap.
