The Care tribe is composed of 3 cross-functional squads including 8 front-end engineers today. The tribe provides products and services aiming to deliver a best-in-class Care tribe experience to our customers. Our solutions are used by millions of customers, thousands of sellers and after-sales support agents. Examples of such solutions are: 1) Provide self-service information to customers regarding their orders 2) Enable customers to contact Back Market or the seller for their after-sales requests via the right contact channel 3) Organize their product return, replacement or repair Technical environment Our platform is based on Nuxt/Vue.js and our own Design System. We love TypeScript, our design tokens and Tailwind are in a bromance, and we do our best to be accessible to anyone.
