## Description

* Lead the architecture, design, and development of Java/Spring Boot applications.
 * Provide technical leadership and mentor development team members.
 * Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and design principles.
 * Implement and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
 * Integrate Twistlock security scans into the DevSecOps process.
 * Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
 * Conduct code reviews and support production issue resolution.
 * Work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
 * Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and application performance.
