## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing sof tware programming applications using agile met hods
 * 5+ years of experience with sof tware development using programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks such as Javascript, Python, or Scala
 * Experience writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications
 * Experience with Agile met hodology, extreme programming, product management, and sof tware products
 * Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
 * Knowledge of AI systems architecture, AI platforms, or MLflow
 * Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
 * Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in software engineering, or 5+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

 * Experience with administration of CI / CD pipelines using Kubernetes, Docker, or Jenkins
 * Master's degree
 * ML, AI, or Solution Architecture Certification

Build and maintain production-grade data pipelines, AI-powered applications, and analytics tools that shape how one of the world's leading companies understands and invests in its own workforce. Work hands-on with enterprise data sources, including Workday and Azure-based data lakes powered by Databricks, writing Python across notebooks, scripts, and full web application stacks. Develop and extend REST APIs and front-end interfaces that deliver real, daily-use tools to HR professionals and company leadership. Integrate large language model capabilities into applied workflows, moving beyond experimentation to build AI features that solve genuine workforce challenges. Operate with full team oversight and career management from your direct DART team leadership. Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture
