Preferred experience: + Leading a large-scale migration project. + Python/Java ## Description As the Lead Software Engineer with American Family Insurance, you will collaborate with others to deliver applications that meet our needs. Responsible for leading a large-scale application migration project, including planning, coordination across technical and partners, and execution to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption. Accountable for the design and development of enterprise business solutions and for providing technical guidance and direction for specific applications and associated platforms.
