## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in a related field and two year of related experience Or Associate degree in a related field and 4 years of related experience
 * Previous help desk and/or Windows administration related support position, * Bachelor's in Computer Science or Information Systems
 * Detailed oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
 * An understanding of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Security
 * Excellent communication and organizational skills
 * Ability to work independently without supervision
 * Technical understanding and basic troubleshooting knowledge of hardware and software computer systems

## Description

Avita is looking for a full time (Mon-Fri, 8a-5p) System Administrator. This is an onsite position located in Flowery Branch, Ga.

Under supervision, installs, configures, and supports a local area network, wide area network, internet system, computers, desktops and/or mobile devices. Performs necessary maintenance to support network availability.

Job duties include

 * Plans, designs and manages IT hardware and software infrastructure
 * Manages the Users and Computers accounts
 * Manages user access to shared Office 365 licensing
 * Creates printer objects and access control lists.
 * Maintains software Security Patching, Service Packs/upgrades related to servers
 * Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming telephone, requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies;
 * Work through Helpdesk trouble tickets daily. Keep tickets to a minimum
 * Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems
