QA Leadership & Process Capabilities * Test Strategy & Governance Ability to define and execute: * Test strategies (SIT, UAT, regression, performance) * Traceability between business requirements, test cases, and defects * Experience establishing QA standards and best practices for supply chain planning programs. * Process Assessment & Continuous Improvement Capability to assess current supply planning processes and systems and identify: * Gaps * Risk areas * Opportunities for quality and performance improvement * Experience supporting process, people, and system validation during transformations. * Collaboration & Execution Strong collaboration skills to work with: * Business stakeholders * Functional planners * IT and implementation partners * Ability to manage testing detail while maintaining endtoend supply chain context.
