 * Proven experience designing:

 * Integration architectures with MuleSoft or equivalent
 * Data modeling and governance
 * Security and compliance frameworks
 * Performance and scalability considerations
 * Hands-on experience with MuleSoft and integrations
 * Experience with OmniStudio and Agentforce
 * Familiarity with CI/CD and version control, * Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer, Integration Architect)
 * Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
 * Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
