Fluency with or a strong desire to learn AI-assisted development tools and a track record of using them to work smarter, not just faster.
Strong hands-on experience with Node.JS, JavaScript / TypeScript, TDD, PostgreSQL (or similar relational databases) and React
Full-stack expertise with an equal bias towards backend and frontend
Solid experience of building responsive designs, performance-optimised interfaces and best-in-class frontend components across a variety of third-party systems
