Nice to have: * Experience with generative AI, prompt design, intelligent document processing, APIs or data tools. * Knowledge of Power Platform. * Experience within financial services, insurance or another regulated environment. * Understanding of automation governance and production support. You'll have the opportunity to let us know of any reasonable adjustment or practical support needed when you apply. ## Description We're looking for an Automation Developer to join Zurich's Retail Automation team, designing and supporting solutions that improve efficiency and deliver better outcomes for customers and colleagues. You'll work primarily with Blue Prism, alongside technologies such as Power Platform, APIs, data tools and emerging AI capabilities. You'll contribute across the automation lifecycle, from understanding business problems through to development, testing, deployment and continuous improvement. Many of our employees work flexibly in a variety of different ways, including part-time, flexible hours, job share, an element of working from home or compressed hours. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren't available full-time. Please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you may need.
