Able to organise and plan busy implementation schedules * Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement * Experience contributing to video and educational content would be valuable * Strong ability to maintain technical documentation and process * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment * Self-starter with the ability to make an impact quickly and drive self-accountability * Ability to meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail * Technical expertise-particularly within the Microsoft stack-is preferred but not required ## Description We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Implementation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the onboarding of new MSP partners, organising webinars and classroom training sessions, and maintain valuable documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing project timelines and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be a proactive communicator, detail-oriented, and keen to develop their skills and experience in technology implementation. If this sound like you, we'd love to hear from you., * Webinars: Plan, book and co-host client facing webinars to increase their knowledge of the inforcer platform as well as ad hoc topics. * Classroom Sessions: Organise, plan, and support client facing classroom training sessions and assist the implementation team with delivery of sessions * Implementation: Support the delivery of multiple implementation sessions, managing the project and client communications. * Documentation: Proactively updating & creating documentation, creating video content for internal training as well as customer facing; this includes staying up to date with latest feature updates to the inforcer platform. * Learning Management System (LMS): Support in maintaining the customer facing LMS platform, keeping content current and accessible for partners. * Technical Expertise: Apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions during the implementation process. Expanding Microsoft knowledge, and completing SC-900.
