It would be desirable to have previous experience of LiquidLogic and packaging in Systems Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), but by no means essential as training will be given. ## Description This is a technical support role underpinning the Adult Social Care and Public Health & Communities & Public Safety directorates. As such, you will need to be a strong communicator with solid, demonstratable troubleshooting abilities. Knowledge of the ITIL best practice framework, coupled with a proven background in supporting line of business applications and associated technologies. * On a daily basis you will provide Business as Usual (BAU) support to key business applications supporting stakeholders of all levels. * Progressing support calls and keeping the end user updated. * You'll be collaborating with other IT colleagues in different departments to resolve issues and find / implement solutions. * You may be required to use your extensive skills implementing new solutions guided by the Project Team.
