## Description

* entwickelst komplexe, performante und skalierbare Softwarelösungen in C++
 * treibst die Automatisierung voran, schreibst aussagekräftige Unit- und Integrationstests (z. B. mit Catch2) und optimierst unsere CI/CD-Pipelines
 * unterstützt Junior- und Mid-Level-Developer (all gender) durch technische Führung und förderst deren Weiterentwicklung durch aktives Mentoring
 * fungierst als technische Ansprechperson für komplexe Fragestellungen und führst regelmäßig Pair-Programming-Sessions durch
 * entwickelst eine bestehende Qt-Anwendung kontinuierlich weiter
 * leitest Anforderungen eigenständig in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Anwender (all gender) und Schnittstellenpartnern ab
 * stimmst dich mit internen und externen Schnittstellenpartnern ab und sorgst für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit
 * erstellst technische Dokumentationen sowie anwenderfreundliche Benutzerhandbücher
