 * DevOps-Mindset & Teamfit: Du lebst die DevOps-Philosophie, besitzt starke analytische Fähigkeiten und treibst Themen mit hoher Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und Offenheit für technologische Innovationen proaktiv voran.
 * Wünschenswert (Infrastruktur & Plattformen): Praktische Erfahrung mit Enterprise-Plattformen (OpenShift, Rancher, Tanzu), K8s Networking/Storage (Calico, Cilium, Ceph), Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd) sowie Virtualisierung (KubeVirt, KVM).
