## About the Role

This is a fast-paced role ideal for a detail-oriented problem solver who is ready to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions., * 3-5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or technical program management.

 * Salesforce Administrator certification or demonstrated hands-on experience.
 * Proven ability to translate business needs into technical documentation (PRDs/Process Maps).
 * Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
 * Strong communication and listening skills, with a positive approach.
 * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
 * Team player with the ability to work in a high-energy, collaborative team environment.

## Description

Our Operations team provides mission-critical support to our sales, customer success, and marketing teams. The Associate Technical Program Manager (ATPM) will drive the execution of business system initiatives, balancing project management rigor-such as requirements gathering, timeline tracking, and stakeholder communication-with hands-on tactic, Program Management:

 * Partner with business stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance) to draft and document technical requirements (PRDs & Story Points) for new initiatives.
 * Support the execution of tactical projects by tracking tasks, managing immediate blockers, and providing regular status updates to ensure timely delivery.
 * Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment on system improvements and items on the operational roadmap.

Salesforce Administration:

 * Provide ongoing tactical support and maintenance for Salesforce, including user management, end-user support, and routine configuration updates.
 * Assist with implementing system enhancements and support user-focused troubleshooting.
 * Identify opportunities to leverage existing application capabilities to increase utilization and productivity.
