Business Transformation, Our client is seeking an IT Project Manager with 3-5 years of project management experience to join their team and support a growing portfolio of technology initiatives. This role was created to help balance workload as responsibilities expand within the IT organization. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business and IT requirements while driving projects forward.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

 - Coordinate and manage IT-related projects

 - Collaborate with both business & technical teams; understand IT concepts and processes.

 - Initiate projects from scratch and proactively identify risks or conflicts.

 - Bridge gaps between business and IT requirements; Challenge assumptions and identify scope issues.

 - Track timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure projects stay on schedule.

 - Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Visio, and Asana.

 - Report directly to project management leadership, Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
