Singapore follow local country guidance * Demonstrated experience designing and leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled development practices (using enterprise-authorized tools within the work environment) across teams, including setting standards for human-in-the-loop validation, auditability/traceability of changes, and secure handling of sensitive data. * Strong understanding of responsible AI use and control expectations in engineering workflows, including security/resiliency implications, data sensitivity, and risk-based governance; ability to influence senior technical leaders on safe scaling patterns and reuse. * Expert in one or more programming language(s) - preferably Python, with a strong understanding of scripting, automation, and data analysis * Advanced knowledge of software application development and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc.) * Strong expertise in building big Data applications using PySpark, EKS, Databricks, S3, Iceberg and other allied technologies. * Experience working with feature teams of software engineers, Product owners, Agility leads to deliver intensive data driven applications * Experience in data technologies handling complex data processing requirements, including data streaming and messaging frameworks (e.g., Kafka, Spark Structured Streaming), as well as development experience on private and public cloud platforms (using EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS, Step Functions, Glue), ETLs, and data pipelines. * Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle and advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security * Ability to present and effectively communicate with Senior Leaders and Executives * Understanding of the Finance business domain.
