Cab Systems include development of multiple sub-systems including structures (ROPS, FOPS), seating (seats, suspensions), HVAC (heating, cooling, pressurization, filtration), controls (ergonomics, HMI), visibility (doors, windows, wipers), and trim (non-metallics). The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, resolve complex interface issues with sound engineering judgment, and maintain momentum by communicating requirements, risks, and solutions with precision. You'll foster a proactive, quality driven approach within the team, helping colleagues stay aligned, informed, and focused on delivering robust, integrated design outcomes.
