You will work with organisations to understand their goals, improve user journeys, content quality, and the service they need to provide. You will be able to work closely with other disciplines within agile delivery teams. In particular user researchers, service designers, and interaction designers, as well as influential stakeholders such as service owners and policy teams. Qualifications Agile working. You understand agile methodology and how to apply agile ways of working to designing content. You know how to make sure you and the team has an awareness of user needs and how individual contributions link to broader objectives. You'll share work early and often, encourage team and cross-functional collaboration and promote consistency in communications. You can work in a fast-paced environment, using iterative and flexible approaches to deliver outcomes rapidly. You can use platforms and tools like Figma and Jira to collaborate, manage and document your work to others. Stakeholder relationship management.
