Skills and Values * Basic technical knowledge of operating systems, common software applications, and hardware components. * Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate inventories and track issues systematically. * Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and the IT department. * Problem-solving attitude and curiosity to investigate and understand technical issues. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, international environment. * Strong communication skills in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus). * Team-oriented, eager to learn, and adaptable. * Hybrid work (up to 3 days per week is the current remote working policy) ## Description We are looking for a System & Tech Support to join our Global System Support team. This entry-level role is a great opportunity for someone eager to develop technical skills in a fast-paced, international environment. The person in this role will be responsible for keeping BusUp's platform operational and correctly configured for our clients, investigating and escalating technical issues, and managing the office's hardware and software assets.
