The position will be primarily supporting users in person. secure phone, email or instant message (IM). This position will be customer-facing, so refined customer service skills, in addition to IT skills, is a must for this position. What You Will Do * This position will support MDA flight tests and focus on the integration of the R&D systems into C2BMC and will contribute to other ongoing X-Lab projects as needed. * Support users in an enterprise level system. * Install and troubleshooting windows and Linux applications.
