## Description

We are seeking a Senior Network Administrator to lead the design, implementation, support, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure. This role will be responsible for maintaining a secure, highly available, and scalable network environment across multiple locations while serving as a technical escalation point for complex networking issues.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting enterprise LAN/WAN environments, firewalls, routing, switching, wireless networks, and network security technologies.

Responsibilities

 * Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure
 * Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless solutions
 * Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity planning initiatives
 * Troubleshoot complex connectivity, performance, and security issues
 * Manage VPN, SD-WAN, and remote access technologies
 * Perform network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements
 * Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and procedures
 * Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Cloud teams to ensure network reliability and compliance
 * Participate in disaster recovery planning and business continuity efforts
 * Serve as a senior escalation resource and mentor junior administrators, * Maintaining high network availability and performance
 * Reducing downtime through proactive monitoring and optimization
 * Enhancing network security and compliance
 * Successfully leading infrastructure upgrades and modernization efforts
 * Providing expert-level support for critical networking issues
