This includes creating detailed setup instructions and process documentation for machine operators. The role requires expertise in EDM machining processes, machine setup, operation, and programming to manufacture precision components that meet engineering, quality, and customer specifications. The EDM Programmer works closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to improve machining efficiency, reduce cycle times, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and support new product development.
