Assesses non-routine delivery situations and applies analytical problem-solving to identify root causes and prioritization tradeoffs, resolving a range of issues independently. A fully qualified, experienced contributor. Complexity & Problem Solving Works on problems of diverse scope where backlog prioritization, dependency management, and delivery decisions require evaluating multiple competing factors. Devises solutions from limited information and adapts existing approaches; work is largely self-directed and reviewed at critical delivery milestones. Collaboration & Interaction Builds relationships with senior partners across engineering, QA, compliance, and customer success who may not know product-delivery specifics - often requiring persuasion.
